Why this Topic?

Many would ask why I would write about a place of business that I have no ownership in or don’t make money promoting it. It’s simple I respect the hustle out of the owners Adam Harden and Chas Bruck to make Armature Works into what it is today. I work valet at Armature Works and ever since I started I became fascinated on how everything became like a small town over there. Being a Real Estate major I took interest in this because I saw the life style I wanted to live being lived right in front of me by the owners. This sort of project also fell within the criteria of what I want to do when I graduate which is to flip houses which is what they did with this land.

Welcome to Armature Works

Welcome to my site on Armature Works a staple in downtown Tampa and The Heights. Armature Works was founded by Adam Harden and Chas Bruck in 2010 when they started buying pieces of the 43 acres of land along the Tampa River Walk that is now Armature Works. The whole concept behind The Heights is to create a self sustainable community by the River Walk. Already within the two years they have almost been open, they have risen surrounding areas property values substantially.
